Land title regularization
Thousands of parcels in Chile change hands by word of mouth, with no deed and no rol of their own — which is why they can't sell well. We guide you through the whole regularization process with Bienes Nacionales, until your land is registered in your name and ready to list.
How it works
01
Free assessment
Tell us about your land (possession, years of occupation, documents you have). We tell you whether it qualifies and how long it takes.
02
Processing
We prepare the D.L. 2.695 application before Bienes Nacionales: plans, survey, legal notices and case follow-up.
03
Registration
Your title is registered at the Conservador de Bienes Raíces, with its own rol at the SII.
04
List and sell
With papers in order, you list for free on the portal — with the up-to-date-documentation badge buyers look for.
What you gain
- Land sellable at real market price (untitled land sells badly)
- Own rol at the SII and registered deed
- Access to subsidies, credit and estates in order
- Free listing on the portal when it's done
